For weeks we have been asking him what he would like as a gift and he wouldn't answer. Not even an, "I dunno". Just start another topic. Completely avoid the question. Typical male.
Yesterday he decided to answer. "Mote troll car". Grrrreat. You are 3. Grandma Grandma bought him a remote control fire truck for Christmas and he really likes it. But it only goes forward and turns left. Not too exciting. So I search. And really there isn't much out there. They are either super duper complicated or just like what he has. Nothing really in the middle. This flip over one looks pretty cool but the reviews SUCK. So I have no idea what I'm going to do. Twenty bucks says I just send Hubby to TrU one days on his way home from work and he picks something out.

So this is what we have learned from the passing of poor dear Munchkin...
~Don't let your pets get too fat. Munchkin was a walking oxymoron. She was a big cat...16lbs at least. This excess weight did not help when her liver started to fail. We have switched Rosa's food to a better brand (and if anyone has any suggestions, speak up) and will regulate how much she can eat as before they were self feeders.
~Give your pets treats. We never gave any of our animals treats. Today at Meijer we got Pete da Pug some treats. He's a good boy and deserves more than that crappy Rx diet stuff.
~Appreciate your pets...even if they annoy the crap out of you sometimes. Hubby says the hardest thing will be getting up tomorrow morning and not having to look where he walks in the bathroom. Or harder yet, looking where he is walking and not seeing Munch.
~Know that making the better does not always mean they are with you.
